The problem

You coach on two calls a week

A manager re-listens to two or three calls a week, at best. The rest, they know from what the reps tell them. Bad habits repeat for months before anyone spots them, and the pipeline review rests on half-filled CRM records.

The criterion the whole team forgets, spotted within a week

On paper, everyone asks the budget question. In practice, it is often the one that gets skipped.

Praiz checks the criteria of your method in every conversation and shows you the ones the team neglects. You know what to work on in the team meeting.

Your pipeline reviews prepared in one question

Before the review, you have to chase reps to update their records. With Praiz, records are filled in from what prospects said: budget, decision makers, next step.

With the MCP server, you ask Claude or ChatGPT which deals still have no identified decision maker, and the answer is based on your meetings and calls.

Precise feedback, at the right moment of the conversation

"You should have dug into the budget" is not much use if the rep does not know at which moment.

You leave a comment at the exact point of the meeting or call. The rep finds it alongside the transcript, and you talk it through one-on-one. The coaching report tells you which rep to start with.

What loses your deals, in Slack on Monday morning

Knowing which objection costs the most usually takes weeks of listening.

Praiz groups the week’s objections, competitors mentioned and coaching scores into a report that arrives on schedule, by email or in Slack. You react within the week, not at the end of the quarter.

New hires trained on your best conversations

A new rep often learns by listening to the person at the next desk.

With Praiz, you file the reference meetings and calls into a playlist: a well-run discovery, an objection handled well. New hires listen to them before their first meetings, then their own conversations are scored against the same framework.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I see my whole team’s conversations?

Yes, if you are a Praiz administrator. In private mode, a rep only sees their own conversations, and administrators see everything.

Do I still have to re-listen to calls to coach?

No. The coaching report tells you which criteria to work on, and with which rep. You only open a conversation to find a specific moment.

Can we track a team separately?

Yes. You group your reps into teams, and an agent can apply to just one of them. Reports then filter by rep and by period.

Does Praiz replace the manager in coaching?

No. The agents score the conversations and spot the areas for improvement. Coaching is still your job: you set the priorities and talk them through with the rep.

Does Praiz do our forecasting?

Praiz does not calculate a forecast. It makes the data you build it on more reliable: your deal fields are filled in from what prospects said, and your AI can query them through the MCP server.
